It has 1.5-inch and 2-inch tapered pipe threads and features a bar style grip for easy handling. Double threads offer convenience by accommodating most skimmers with one item. The Gizzmo works well with Teflon tape. This Teflon tape is a very thin white tape used to wrap the threaded ends of pipes. Utilizing this tape improves the water tightness of a joint. The Gizzmo is usually designed for single season use. Don’t forget to recycle the product as well!
