It is heated, and all of the power abilities are functional. This is probably best for someone willing to re-upholster it. The plug connector plastic was damaged, and I replaced the plug connector with a replacement. I believe I put the pins back in the correct position, but it would be wise to double check before installing. Shipping is not free! This is a freight sized order, and it will be sent on a pallet. eBay cannot calculate the freight, so you have to message me first with your address, and I can provide you with a quote, and then add the charges to your invoice after you have selected to buy it now.
