This was signed at a small motel off I-64, vender's convention in Lexington,Ky in 1991 where Hugh appeared along with Bob McLeod and Don Rosa.. Back then we really did not think much about C.O.A. so we are sorry to say this does not have one. Nice addition to any Hugh Haynes collector or autograph collector. Book is in NM/VF condition. Please refer to photos for more details on item condition. Condition is more NM in terms of the standard comic grading scale.
