It isn't hard to understand why this book is rather scarce, because the cover is printed with the same thin paper as was used for the pages! There are some short edge tears, most of which I have repaired with near invisible archival tissue tape. Spine has been neatly re-stapled. The color registration is a bit off on two of the pages, as was published.
