Description: This console is an all original, Japanese model Sega Game Gear that is a Clear Black aka "Smoke" color. The console has been fully tested, and is 100% fully functional. Works just fine with NTSC Game cartridges. Includes Sonic and Sonic 2 game cartridges. The console does have some severe cosmetic issues: There are some deep cuts on the front of the console (as photographed) and also some light cuts on the plastic of the buttons. The screen cover does also have a lot of light scratches, but nothing that is overly distracting when playing the console. There is also a bit of a corrosion issue on a few of the battery terminals, but I have managed to clean them up enough to work with batteries. Spinning the batteries around a little may be required to get the console to power on. The console has also been tested with a power adapter, but it uses a different power adapter than NTSC Sega Game Gear models.If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message!
