Description: Brand “Signature Studios” women size XL blouse. This shirt has the thick elastic thru the entirety of neckline (as pictured) to allow for it to be worn “off- shoulder” and keep it from slipping up or down, but instead to stay in place. It is a lightweight cotton blend, feels a lot like linen but lighter. Sleeves have detail ties adding flattering fit. Stripes are blue and white. Excellent condition- only worn once for an event and short duration. Beautiful fabric. Measurements are included in photos and pictures do not do this item justice.
