Description: Up for sale is a Technics SL-D3 directly driven, fully automated turntable. This machine has been thoroughtly tested and is working as designed. We have cleaned and lubricated the motor/platter bearing, thrust bearing, memo/stop/start/disc sizing linkages, and the entire auto mechanism. The pitch controller and speed switch have been cleaned with Caig's Faderlube and the 'arm lift piston has had its silicone fluid replaced with 300,000 CST fluid. The tonearm set down point has also been properly adjusted. All tonearm/headshell connectioned have been cleaned and the cartridge has had its null points/overhang dialed in. The body of the deck, tonearm, and platter show various small imperfections from use. The Micro Acoustics QDC-1 cartridge is in good working condition. Its stylus, when viewed under magnefication, shows signs of light use. This sale includes a 45 rpm adapter. No records, dust cover, original carton, or original packaging materials are included. All that is for sale is what is described above and what is seen in the photos. This item's shipping weight will be 21 pounds. This unit has been fully serviced and tested in our shop.
