Description: ~ Very rare. How rare? Note that it is bent. The 1870 Spanish coin with the lion holding the shield of the great symbols of Spain were only made in this year of 1870. Great year European coin. This coin is beautifully made with the classic shield that Europe is proud of. It came from the late days of when pirates ran around the seas looting. Gold and silver was looted but no coin on any persons was overlooked and left behind. ~ It is approximately quarter size. ~ My family has collected coins through the years. It has been said a lot of these have came from beaches around Europe and collected a few from estate sales and auctions. I have too many around the house . Please review the photos and grade. Grading is subjective. ~ If “Buy it now” is utilized, or if the end price matches the buy it now price, I will throw in another coin ranging from 1600-1800’s Spain.
