Description: This is an antique 1911 publication of "The Man Without a Country" by Edward E. Hale. Well known short story about a fictional Army Lieutenant named Phillip Nolan... Lieutenant Nolan develops a friendship with Aaron Burr and eventually is tried in court for treason (along with Burr, who actually was tried for treason in real life in 1807). The book is in fair condition, there is a bit of writing on the inside cover, Appendix page, and also on the back cover it appears. The binding has a couple issues. Old book though and alright shape considering it was printed in 1911. The illustrations still hold up well. Thanks for looking! Let me know of any questions.
