It is a safe, non-caustic, alkaline aluminium cleaner and degreaser product and may be used as a cleaner, degreaser and emulsifier for grease, oil and soils on equipment, machinery, concrete floors, driveways, and many other areas where a heavy-duty cleaner is required. It is a multi surface cleaner. Unigrain’s super-cleaning action does not harm sensitive surfaces. It cleans iron, steel, aluminium, rubber, concrete, glass and most plastic and synthetic fibres. Unigrain is a non-caustic aluminium cleaner and degreaser and contains effective ferrous and non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibition systems. Kosher Certified Product Directions: NOTE: Certain types of asphalt tile are sensitive to hot solutions of even very mild neutral cleaners and whiten when washed with them. On these floors, use UNI GRAIN DEGREASER only in cool or cold solutions. FOR GENERAL FLOOR CLEANING: UNI GRAIN DEGREASER is ideal for regular maintenance mopping of all floors when used in the following manner: Mix 1/2 pint of UNI GRAIN DEGREASER with 3,5 gallons of water ( ratio 1 to 60 ) and stir well. Mop floor with UNI GRAIN DEGREASER ( ratio 1 to 60), mopping just enough to loosen and remove surface dirt. Then mop up all excess throughly. Buff floor with electric polisher to improve gloss of the wax or finish remaining on the floor. FOR CLEANING WALLS: UNI GRAIN DEGREASER will remove grime, soot and marks from painted walls when diluted and used in the following manner: Mix 1/2 point of UNI GRAIN DEGREASER with 2,5 gallons of water ( ratio 1 to 40 ) and stir well. Apply solution ( ratio 1 to 40 ) to walls with sponge or soft,cloth pad, rubbing just enough to loosen and remove surface dirt. Rinse throughly. WARNING! Do not allow wet floor areas to be open to foot traffic. Wet shoes or wet spots can create a slippery condition. Wet floor areas should be cordoned off until dry for traffic.
