Description: Beautiful, Hand Painted Vienna China Floral plate with Wall Hanger Hand Painted China with intricate gold trim around scalloped edges. Beautiful detail. The flowers look like purple Aubrieta's with some white ones. Plate never used and always displayed. The colors are soft purple, greens, white and cream with a touch of yellow. The front is signed by the artist W. Fischer. The back is hallmarked Vienna Austria and Hand Painted Vienna China and the letters KTB in black. Small amounts of gold trim have rubbed off in several areas around the rim. Very hard to see when hung on the wall.
