This is a pretty rectangular shaped serving tray with double handles and a beaded edge with a floral pattern that looks something like a cocoa pod. The tray itself is Approximately 17.75“ x 10.75”. With the handles, the full length is 22 inches. The tray is not marked anywhere that I could see on the back. Very nice but unbranded. Vintage item, but no serious wear or damage.
