Description: Draped fit & flare knee-length dress from the late 70's or possibly early 80's. Black and white with a tiny houndstooth/check pattern that reads like a gray from a distance. Short sleeves with large shoulder pads. Wide, fitted waistband that is pointed at the top and bottom. Solid black rope embroidery at the waistband. Pleated, slightly flared skirt that hits around the knee. Knee length on me (I'm 5'6"). This is a size 16 petite but runs small like most vintage. I think. this fits a M/L best. It is big on me (I'm a 4/6, S bust, M hip). Excellent condition! #36
