Description: Vintage syroco style carved Our Mother of Sorrows plaque. This piece is made of a type of pressed wood pulp material. Gorgeous detail to this piece with a carved wreath of oak leaves and acorns around the image of Mary. This is a used vintage item that shows signs of wear to the edges on the carving (please see all photos). There is a hanger on the back so you can easily hang this piece on the wall. 4 inches high and 4-1/4 inches wide. The oak was one of the several species of trees that were looked upon as the tree from which the Cross was made.
