Description: Please read before you purchase up for your consideration is a vintage 1948 228D Coleman lantern. this needs to be worked on. I don’t think it will. Fire needs a good cleaning taken apart and put back together. Please look at pictures and questions I know one thing is not right on this lantern is top nut is missing so it was replaced with a nut that holds the lid on lids in good shape. Glass is OK lantern overall OK please be aware that this is for parts or repair if you collect Coleman lantern, this is worth your attention. note, the glass globe will be shipped in a box separate from the lantern inside the box so it will not break during shipping so that would be box inside the box
