Description: Vintage Medical Technologist License plate topper. The topper is new old stock and is in its original box. It was made by Spencer Industries Inc. of Phila., Pa. The badge is copper with enamel and is marked weather resistant on the box. There is an envelope in the box which contains the bracket and nut to install on the back of the badge to make it a license plate topper. It is in new unused condition. I am dating from around the late 1950's since it has a 2 digit local zone number on the box which were used in the 1940's through the early 1960's.
