Description: Here we have a fantastic men’s Bentima Star from the 1950s! Featuring a gorgeous solid gold case and a fine mechanical calibre ETA 1260! Original acrylic crystal showing the odd imperfection as to be expected. Original cream dial showing a lovely patina! 9ct solid gold fully hallmarked case, horn style lugs. A lovely heavy quality construction. Size of lug and inside case back is hallmarked. No dents or cracks, very good condition for its age with only the odd imperfection. ETA Bentima signed cal 1260, a famous manual wind calibre used by many brands such as Tudor and Omega. This movement winds and sets the time smoothly, runs and keeps time. Has not been serviced, crown shows some wear but functions well. Vintage 18mm brown leather strap fitted. Stunning classical piece here, please remember this has not been serviced, it is not waterproof, no box or papers, it will have the odd imperfection. Many thanks
