Description: I have for your consideration a Vintage Mobil Oil Years of Service Buckle w/ Pegasus Emblem. There is a yellow what appears to be sapphire stone under Pegasus (I AM NOT SURE IF IT'S REAL) It has some light wear and slight tarnish. There is a little spot of the black part of emblem that is worn. I believe this is from the late 70's to 80's but I'm not 100% sure.
