It is in good condition with no holes, stains, fading, loose seams, broken zippers, or odors. There is some wear/fuzz near the back pocket on the pants--see the close-up picture for more detail. The jacket is tagged size XL and measures 29" pit to pit, 22" pit to wrist, and 32" from the base of the collar to the bottom at the back. The pants are tagged size XL and measure 16" across the waist when unstretched, 32 1/2" crotch to ankle, and 44" waist to ankle. Please confirm these measurements will work for you as I do not accept returns for clothing which does not fit. This suit is coming from a smoke- and pet-free home.
