Description: me will have wear and nicks showing natural wood color. Left bottom corner area, right side middle near back edge. Nicks, scuffs as well. The backside cardboard is buckled on the right side near right corner near where glazier points are missing. The backside cardboard has some water stains, a red pencil marking. Old masking tape at top and left side and partially at bottom, yellowed. Glazier points and sawtooth hook at top for hanging are slightly rusty. The cardboard will have shiny spots, scuffs, a few rips. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures for outer frame, 11.75" X 14.75" X .5". Inner is 10.75" X 13.75".
