At the top of the pedestal, there are two swirled looking arms that branch off the the left and right. There is a teardrop shaped medallion piece in the center. Each arm has a candle holder at their tip that are made to hold tapered dinner candles. Made in an ornate design of thick etched clear glass. Made in New Martinsville West Virginia sometime in the 1940s. Elegant piece with a high end look. Made to decorate your table for any occasion. In good shape for it's age. See pictures for condition.
