Description: This is a gorgeous flower brooch has incredible construction--we have included photos of the intricate details. It is in fair vintage condition. Its wear is consistent with age and use. It is not missing any rhinestones, but several of the clear ones have deadened. For this reason, we also did not attempt to clean this piece. We did not want any rhinestones coming loose. We believe it could be DeRosa, Reinad, Coro, or Reja, because of its general look, its unique 3-branch pistil construction, and its "R" signature at the base on the back. If it is not any of these makers, it is a high-end costume jewelry designer from the 1920s-1940s. Also possibly interesting is that the larger blue rhinestones do glow a slight green under UV. We don't know if this is something uranium related or just glue? They test as glass. You can tell this brooch took skilled hands a long time to create.
