Description: Women's Vintage Nylon/Cotton Blend (?) dressy gloves with 3 triangular cut-outs with dainty lace on the top and plain on the palm side, in an ivory white with a slightly scalloped top. There is no tag, and I am unable to identify the maker or the size, but I know that they are from the 50's and still in very good condition. I am a size 7 1/2 and they fit me, although there is room at the fingertips, so they will fit someone with slightly longer fingers. I turned them inside out and washed them in mild soap and the insides are spotless. (There was a lot of lint dust at the seams inside.) It was really difficult to turn them right side out though, I'll tell you! They are hand-washable and just lay flat to dry. While there are a few very minor tiny spots which are shown in the photos, they are not really noticeable and don't detract from the beauty of these lovely gloves. I'm sure some Oxyclean or a similar product will do the trick! The fingers are longer, to fit someone with nails (mine are not) and they come just up to the wrist area.
