Mine is missing the original one.I tried an oven knob I have, to include, and it works and is easy to turn but doesn't slide on by much.I tried this other white knob but it isn't easy to turn. I had to make the case hole larger for it to fit.The plastict stop for selecting paper size is missing. I used a piece of carboard for a stopSo it is not original but it is working.If you put in bent up, folded paper, or too short of paper sheet it can jam. And when it jams so that not even the crank can get the paper out. The unit has to be taken apart to get the jam out. Not user friendly at all with serious jams. 4 screws on the bottom and 4 on the inside. To get to the inside screws, a belt has to be taken of and an c clip holding on a gear.If the paper sensor gets bet up some when working on it, the machine will constantly run. About This ItemI am a used item scouter. When I am out buying for myself but I keep an eye out for other items. Items I sell are usually tested. The results mentioned in the ad. I have many photos in this auction of the actual item. Buyers can see the condition of the item. Don't make assumptions about the item and what they should include.Item is usually boxed with crumpled newspaper. Heavy items I try to use denser fill. Item shouldn't be moving around in box when I am done packing.
